Who we are: The Career Compass is a trading name of Northway Ventures Ltd. When you book a session or contact us, we collect personal data necessary to deliver our services. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
What we collect: Name, email address, and any information you share during sessions or in the reflection framework. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored by us.
How we use it: To confirm bookings, deliver sessions, send session materials, and follow up where relevant. We may occasionally send relevant updates — you can opt out at any time.

Services: Compass offers 1:1 career clarity sessions — Bearings, Navigate, and Calibrate — delivered by Fiyin Samuel Adewumi, trading as Compass (Northway Ventures Ltd). Sessions are conducted via video call.
Bookings: All sessions must be booked and paid in advance. Your session is confirmed once payment is received. Booking links are provided via Cal.com.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may not be possible.
Confidentiality: Everything discussed in sessions remains strictly confidential. We will never share your personal or professional information with any third party without your consent.
Limitation of liability: Compass provides career clarity guidance and perspective. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes. All decisions remain with the client.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Cancellation more than 48 hours before session: Full refund issued within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund issued. Where possible, we will offer a rescheduled session at our discretion.
Navigate Programme: Refunds for the Navigate programme are available in full before the first session. After the first session, a pro-rata refund will be considered based on sessions remaining.
